Delivery
We dispatch your order as soon as payment is cleared.
We deliver all goods internationally by EMS/Datapost, to almost every country.
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the total weight of the shippment.
The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout.
It usually takes 7-14 days for your order to reach your local postoffice, but please allow up to 28 days.

Returns
We do not generally sell goods on a sale or return basis.
However, if the product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us within 3 days of the order receipt.
When you receive your order, as per the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have up to 7 days to return the ordered products.
The goods must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally despatched from.
When contacting us to return the goods you must confirm which items are being returned.
Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods.
No shipping charges will be refunded.

Tax Charges
For orders sent to any country in the European Union, 15% VAT is added.
All other orders are VAT free.
VAT is calculated automatically at checkout based on you delivery address.
